As for textures, I just used the Qarl texture pack 3 installer, I believe its on FilePlanet. Or install OMOD to the Nehrim directory and use the OMOD version

Go here: http://obge.paradice-insight.us/wiki/Main_Page and download the OBGE care and any mod installers you wish. It works fine for me, just don't use the support plugin just the shader list. The Liquid Water mod already supports Nehrim and installs the Nehrim version by default. Hope it helps ...
