Do the latter part of the first post here: http://www.sureai.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=87&t=4464, start the launcher --> data files and only select the Nehrim files.

I EXACTLY have the same problem! Everything went fine, fresh Oblivion install, patch, Nehrim 1.075 torrent, installed, updated to 1.1.1.0, movies works sound works, but when it says "Start a new game" and I press "yes", nothing happends. This also happends when I press "The Creators", also nothing ...
