I have downloaded the .exe file, but when I run it, I get this error.

This is my information if it helps:

Oblivion (Newest Patch), Disc version, no shivering isles.

Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad CPU @ Q8200 @2.33GHz
RAM: 4GB
OS: 32-bit windows vista home premuim
