I re-installed and re-modded everything and the issue got resolved.
I'm not sure what I did, the voice audio was working and then I made some changes, reset settings to default from within the Options menu in the game, and then the audio for the NPC voices is no longer playing.
What impact, if any, does Race Choice have in Nehrim during character creation? Does this affect skill bonuses, NPC reaction, etc? This is in regards to the 3 standard races, I have some other races which were somehow added by mods but I don't plan on choosing them.
