Okay, I made a new character.
Female, Alemanne (or whatever).
Kim...is there.
I got his ID using this new character.
I used the console command "moveto <kim's id>" using my primary character, the one with the Kim not existing error, aaaannndd....nothing.
I moved to where Kim is *supposed* to be ...

I'm at the part of the quest where you have to go meet Kim in Sildren.
The only problem is that Kim....isn't there.
I've run around the whole area, gone inside every house, completed a ton of other unrelated missions, and even TCL'd through the ground....
and Kim just...isn't there.
Could it be ...
