So, I've beat the game, which is amazing (though some things are left unexplained, like how the heck did kim end up in the shadow realm (that place is the shadow realm right?) and what happened to arantheal and the other souls in the flayer post game and some stuff like that.

They do, check back in a couple of days. As a side though though, it's really better for you to walk around and explore, you'll never know what dungeons you'll find or what loot you'll, well, loot.
Of course, if you get bored of walking, teleports are there. But yea, they do restock.

There are several jumping mini-games in Nehrim. I've run into 3 or 4 already and I've just started Chapter 2 good. I just use tcl as I'm a mage, not a squirrel. A mage should know levitation.

ok, I had the same problem for a while. I'd advise you do what dratis says which is too look around the camp a little more. But if you really can't find anything.

Look around the rocks around the camp, there's a very inconspicious (spelling?) chest behind one of them

But unless he previously found the entrances/locations... They shouldn't appear on the world map to begin with 'cus they weren't "Found" right...?
