The bridge reappeared when I reverted to an earlier save. I've uploaded an old save of the lighthouse. I think both problems probably stem from my graphics card, because I've noticed other occasional problems with rendering objects.

For the predatory bird quest, one of the bottles I'm supposed to get is embedded in the straw at the top of the lighthouse and I can't pick it up.

Also, the pass east of the Arcane Asylum is inaccessible, since a bridge that was there before has suddenly disappeared.
