I am in a main mission where I need to collect 3 ingredients, I have 2, but the "laxative" one (don't remember the name) that is in Alchemy room, I don't have the key, I don't have any idea of where the key is. I am even thinking the key desappeared or something. Where is that key?

I have 22 hours playing Nehrim, and still don't get that spells, can I buy that spells? or are a quest reward?
