I started experiencing the stuttering again. I can't add anything to the directory, any mod (even if it is just textures/no plugins) or enb without stuttering. Just any additions/changes to the folder seems to cause stuttering ...

Whew, it turned out to be such a simple solution when I spent over 3 days agonising lol, thank you very much!!!

Ah, I never deleted the folder in AppData when reinstalling. You were right! It was mod leftovers that was causing the issue. Though, launcher log is still saying the same thing - should I be worried?
