Could you check if the paths present in Data/SKSE/Plugins/SkyrimRedirector.ini are correct (aka point to the right Enderal.ini and EnderalPrefs.ini files, the same as the launcher)?

The Creation Kit doesn't work by default with Enderal.

Enderal is a Total Conversion, which means that it replaces all the content in the original game - you won't be able to use your Skyrim saves or (most) Skyrim mods with Enderal.

The current version of the mod needs to be installed on top of an existing Skyrim installation and will backup & disable ...

Going to the workshop pointed by the quest marker and using

to teleport Calia worked fine for me, the quest progressed normally.

Maybe it's an issue with your Fast Travel mod? Try disabling it and teleporting Calia again.
Also, make sure you're on the latest patch ...
