Use the mod VioLens. You can adjust the frequency or completely disable killmoves. It should be compatible.

Shadow God battlemage set added. It has the enchantments of the mage set with the warrior set's armor and weight. It's an additional option when you pick the set up, so this doesn't replace anything.
