I can confirm, having applied to be an English version voice actor, that the English translation will be text only, no English dub. They did say they'd welcome a mod for that but wouldn't be taking it on themselves. Doesn't bother me since the German VA seems stellar enough as it is, it'll be like ...

I am not an amateur voice actor, heh, but I do not have direct access to a professional recording studio for free so that makes perfect sense.
