This just happened to me, actually. A Steel Bearded Axe (I think, it weights 15 and has attack damage of 10) that I had enchanted with a ice sapphire (out of a ice elemental).

I can try to recover the item by console and enchant again, but what is the id of the axe mentioned above and of the ice ...

Oh, nevermind: I ran the Nehrim Launcher, check the Data Files and found that, somehow and strangely, none of the Nehrim data files were selected.

Selecting them resolved it.
