Edit: Yep definitely bugged. After a massive amount of quicksaving/loading mixed with restarting skyrim they finally started spawning.

First I'm aware this quest isn't fully functioning right now. Ignoring that I can't find the wells in the dark valley or the powder desert and I haven't looked for the well in the northwind mountains. But seeing as those other 2 are proving so difficult to find does anyone know where all 3 wells are?
