I think i found the problem, whenever i try to take the file out of .rar, i get this error Image

Can somone send me the working meshes.bsa file?

I dont have that in the folder, i have dowloaded Skse from steam.
EDIT: I deleted it from steam and downloaded for desktop

I reinstalled the skyrim, did the verify game thing. I tested without the Enderal, game starts up fine but the background is blue now and font doesnt seems that skyrim uses and i can start new game fine. Loading screen also looks different...
