I have a similar problem, after the last updates, whenever I try to start skyrim, wether through the enderal launcher or through skse or the regular skyrim launcher, I keep getting the pop up screen saying: Skyrim is preparing to launch, which is repeatedly showing up and disappearing.

So after looking for 1 and a half ingame days, searching, most of the unlocked houses in de barracks and noble quarters, I am still unable to find Novice Elia.

I am comepletely stumped as to where I am supposed to find her, and would appreciate some help.
