I seem to crash to desktop fairly often (Oblivion has stopped working - dialogue box)... the longer I play the game w/out restarting, the more common the crashes are, making me think they're memory-leak related. I've noticed it a few times crash right when I finish resting, and it goes to autosave, making me think that the rest of the time it's crashing it may be during it's schedules every-10-minute autosave.

Any input on this problem? Wasn't sure how to search for it.

CPU Specs:

AMD 955@ 3.7
ATI 5870
4g ram, OCZ-BE @ 1666
HT Striker 7.1
Game's on 140g raptor, Windows is on 64g SSD, running AHCI
Yes, the autosave feature is prone to crashing. You can turn it off using the journal in your inventory.
Note that this does not fix all crashes, only the autosave-related ones. You still have to save often in Oblivion and Nehrim.
actually i think this might be related to the storage overflow bug. (well that's what i call it)
back playing oblivion i noticed that sometimes when one or more storage containers is overstocked (especially if you've managed to do so to a merchant) the game crashes when you try to save. not always, but when it starts happening during a save it happens frequently. not sure how to fix it though, other than unloading stuff from storage or worse... buying stuff back from a shop.
