...spent an evening trying to get it working.....
...finally did get it working....was hooked by the atmosphere and storytelling from the very start, and then took a hefty punch below the belt when I seen the shocking frame rates I was getting.
I am talking about the very start of the game, with nothing happening on screen at all, and I am at about 40-50 FPS.
My CPU load is less than 50% (both of them), my GPU load is less than 30%. In short, my hardware is not getting used and yet the game is running horribly bad.
Is this just something that one has to put up with when playing mods or is something horribly wrong that I can fix?
(I am using Windows 7 64 bit)
