Is there anywhere I can report untranslated locations or books? I come across them occasionally and it would be easy enough for me to make note of them.
Unfortunately, I haven't really been keeping track so far, but here are a two I remember:

--In the cemetery near the middlerealm/southrealm border (Old Farnfeld Cemetery) there were several books that are untranslated. I believe they were ledgers based on their formatting, but I am unsure.

--On the chancellors desk (during the Travel into Madness quest) I found what looked like a poem by the chancellor. I was rather disappointed I could not read it since poetry by the "magnificent" chancellor promises to be amusing.

Edit: I finally remembered to grab the cemetery name last time I played.

I found some more important untranslated documents:

In Erothin, Ricos Goods of All Kind the instructor's lists are untranslated:
--Lehrerliste Erothin
--Lehrerliste Mittelreich

Some books/notes I've found in various locations that are untranslated:
--Die Tyrannei der Lichtgerborn
--Information Zur Staatlichen Vermogensbegren Zungsbehorde

After freeing Arantheal he gives me his journal which is untranslated:

In Osten there are notes (notices?) in various locations I can't read:
--Der wahre Tempelist

Also, the preacher in Osten has no subtitles for some reason. Before you ask, yes I am certain I have subtitles on.

The church in Osten is so creepy and messed up! I'm seriously worried about the residents' mental health.
I'm actually a bit afraid to know what the preacher is babbling about.

I'm also curious about what posters around Erothin are saying, especially the one with all the X's.

I found a random dead painter (?) with that poster by his head. I imagine its some sort of joke that I'm missing.

In the final chapter I had some troubles as well. If you haven't finished the main quest, don't read this!

In the lightborn council hall there were several scrolls that were not translated:
--Kriegserklarung
--Konzilniederschrift
--Irlandas Visionen

Also, when I died and was inside the Soul Sword with Aranteal he made some comments when not speaking at me that had no subtitles.
--In front of his old girlfriend by the spring (he was talking about her I know, but I don't know what he said!)
--Inside near the caged lightborn god

Oddly enough, the translated dialogue is in the CS (Generic>Predigt0x), but the subtitles don't appear. Maybe because it's played from a script?

People of Ostian! All the disgusting creatures in this world are surrounded by fetid filth! But among the jackals, the panthers, the apes, the scorpions, vultures, snakes, all the animals that bellow, bawl, grunt, creep inside the heinous damp of their vices, there is another that is more deformed, more evil and more impure!

Although it doesn't stretch long limbs or let out loud howls, it shatters with pleasure the Creator's earth and desecrates the blessed soil with its unholy deeds. We can only look up to Him, to His dignity, and imagine what dignity, beauty and sacredness mean; yet achieving them will remain impossible for us forever!

Mankind is a rotten creation, only a master of flies, rats and worms, a putrescent body, out of whose nauseating excretions twine the lowest and most abhorrent results of our inadequacy!

Each of you should not hesitate to scratch out your own eyes with your dirty fingers when looking at the Creator's perfection because they do not deserve to behold such beauty. Each of you should not hesitate to tear your flesh from your body to throw the pestilence of humanity from its deformed body!

And each of you should not hesitate to pierce your knees with a rusty blade, for even on his knees, man is not worthy enough to worship His sacredness or even to just look up at him! The only way to the Creator is through suffering, agony, submission, denial of everything about oneself that you could consider higher than the most abnormal boil oozing with pus!

This shall be known to you, people of Ostian and menials of the Creator!
