Is damage with bound weapons based on your entropy or one handed skills? Also, do the one handed perks and stances apply to bound weapons as well? In Skyrim I think they depended on Conjuration, but I don't recall about the skills, I never really used them. I'm going for heavy armor with light magic and either entropy or one-handed, depending on which skill the summoned weapons depend on.
Playing with bound weapons myself, I did a little experiment to figure out the same with my bound bow (spell tier 1). Putting 10 points in Entropy did not influenced my bound bow damage at all. Putting 10 points in archery on the other hand increased it by 1 or 2. You can actually see your bound weapon exact damage in game, although not directly. If you open your inventory after bound weapon was summoned and check any other weapon in your inventory, you will see the difference in damage between such weapon and your currently equipped one (which is your bound weapon). That way I figured it out.
I'm not sure about stances and perks, haven't tested it. But I almost sure they should apply. It seems the game sees your bound weapon as any other weapon of corresponding type.
Oh, and I just remembered! All my archery perks (block to zoom, for example) are certainly working with my bound bow.

You can apply poisons to the magic bow aswell
