If you think it is a problem with the launcher or caused by the launcher, you should open a bug tracker ticket.

I'm playing at 1440p and dont have any problems. So guess one or more of the ini files causes problems.
Check both Skyrim and Enderal settings, plus the OneTweak one.

I am having the same problem, but I am not sure what you mean by Flawless Widescreen... am also running at 2560x1080.
