welcome to the forum

what mods do you have installed?
you said they never caused problems before, does that mean you tried them in Enderal?
(even if, they could be incompatible by now)

please upload a savegame,found in ..\Documents\My Games\Skyrim\Saves,
we'll need the skse and the ess, pack them to a rar or zip archive and attach them to a post here

but menu and nothing reacting ist strange.
maybe try to open the console and type tm
that would mean menus where just not shown (for some reason)

Yeah, I've used most of the same mods before before but as a last ditch effort I tried uninstalling Enderal and redoing everything because as it turns out, some update files didn't upload properly because I had poor internet connection. Not sure if that was the cause but whatever I did after that on the fresh install fixed it so I can at least move again and the console window appears now but the 1st to 3rd person camera is still on the fritz, especially during combat. I can't zoom in or out midway and it either stays at a certain distance in 1st person or immediately goes into 3rd person if I zoom forward. I'm happy I can at least play now so thank you so much for getting back to me. I could still use some help with the wonky camera if that's alright. Here's the save:

and the savegame works completely fine on my game. except that Aiden is apparently a sleepwalker,
but that would probably fix itself as soon as she talks to someone.
I think.

you have a whole lot of posing mods (and mods in general) installed.
I'd try to deactive the posing stuff and check if that helps. (maybe it's only one of them.)

also, your load order is complete mess (sorry)
even the order of mods could already cause problems, so it would be a good idea to adjust that a bit

I don't think that LOOT is of any help here, but some time ago I found a pretty nifty guide here:

Yeah, I guess I went a little nuts on the mods so I'll start removing a few. Mainly the poser mods as you suggest. The camera hasn't been quite as touchy since the last time I played but I'll try fixing my loadorder and such more on my own and see if that guide you linked me to helps. Thank you so much for all your input and advice.
