Low performance, some crashes

The mouse movement is all stuttery and laggy. I also get some CTDs
What would be a good way to measure FPS?

The performance isn't much better than back when I had a Radeon HD 4850 and an A8 3870K CPU - way older and lower end...
ARMA 3, vanilla Skyrim and Rise of the Tomb Raider run pretty smoothly.
Loading times are also pretty slow.
I also get some artifacts with the card sometimes. Maybe it's just because the card is damaged? Or some wrong INI setting causing overhead? Like from warnings... ...

New, updated Windows 7 64 installation

CPU: Intel i5 4460 @ 3.2GHz
Video: ASUS NVIDIA GTX 1060 3GB
RAM: DDR3 1600Hz dual channel, 8GB

One 1680x1050 monitor
SSD: TS256GSSD370S - Transcend 256GB MLC SATA III 6Gb/s 2.5" Solid State Drive 370

It seems like the game runs much smoother with OneTweak disabled..
But, I loaded an old save from Duneville. There, the water is all buggy and keeps appearing/disappearing when I look at it from a certain angle and doing a stuttery noise. Also, outside on the power desert, if I sprint, the background wind noise stutters...


Actually, that same weird noise and flickering water effect is happening right now in the meditation 'world'. Whenever I walk.

Haha, apparently it's a problem with too much FPS... maybe turning VSync on would help. Although, I am running with 60Hz refresh rate...

Also, all of a sudden I can't bring out weapons?

Use a FPS Limiter to get rid of the flickering water.

No mods. Thanks. Am using NVIDIA Profile Inspector to limit the FPS right now, and it works! Have to apply settings at the top right.. :p

Some people are commenting that I am not wearing any clothes? Am wearing a nemesis circlet... and some mixed set of light armor

I guess my problems are solved. I don't know why OneTweak makes performance so terrible for me. Am not running Aero. I miss the more reliable alt-tabbing...

Who is commenting? And where? Could you check out the data files tab in the enderal launcher?
