I have just woken up on the fishing boat, I completed the little quest with Jespar, who informs me that the boat is headed to Dunesville and I should talk to the fisherwoman. Conversation goes ok, and the scene fades to black....and stays that way.
This is my second playthrough and I had no probs the first time round, but I can't progress past here this time.
I have used the console commands " completequest MQ10b " and it says that the quest is completed, but you can't leave the boat by any means, scrolls included. The same goes for the "setstage" commands, both for this quest and the next one. You have to talk to the fisherwoman come what may, and then the game stalls.
I have deleted all mods, no joy. Gone back to an earlier save, still sticks at this point.
Ideas anyone?

YeeHaa!! Huge thanks. Game has progressed.
I have never used an ENB in Skyrim. The only 2 mods I was using for Enderal was CBBE and "unread books glow" which are compatible, so I've been told.
I thought that the save file was corrupted. This happens in Skyrim thankfully rarely, other players blame the auto save and advise to switch it off.
But it looks like I can continue now and I am very grateful. Mega kudos to everyone at SureAI.
