So recently Music suddenly dissapeared from my game, I googled around and discovered a Reddit thread that mentions this:
"After looking around poking around in saves I found where it started; on Halfmoon Island when two bandits talk around a fire. After that I went in to the Creation Kit and found an activator that "adds silence".
Going back to my current save I messed around with console commands until I found something that worked. Put in to the console:
removemusic _00E_SilenceLongTransitionHighPriority"
My Music also dissappeared somewere since I visited Halfmoon Island (and the dialogue cutscene that happens there with the Nehrimese commander was extremely stuttery/broken, I checked to make sure this was the game and not my speakers). But this console command does indeed return music, so that's a little fix for anybody who runs into this and something for the SureAI patchers to look into fixing
