Hello!

Skyrim had a feature that told you when a dungeon had been cleared, it would tell you on the map when you cursor over the dungeon icon. This is missing from Enderal. With Enderal being a non-scaled game, sometimes you stumble upon a dungeon way to hard for you. It would be nice to see what you've cleared and what you havent. I'm not sure exactly how Skyrim determined what was " cleared, but i think killing all the enemies/killing boss was the factor.
I use the "Take Notes" mod for this: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/48375/? Works fine with Enderal.
When I see that a dungeon is too hard for me I take a note to come back there later. When I finally have cleared it, I remove the note.

I'm pretty sure it was killing the boss that triggered the "cleared" status, we definitely could use this option, very handy.
Just wondering if they're gonna added the "cleared" under locations you've visited and, well, cleared. This'd be a great help when trying to do everything in the game and forgetting that you went here or there.
