So I intended to remake my character I made in Skyrim, making hand crafted high end heavy armor, enchanting it to make destruction magic entirely free and getting perks and such to make destruction magic better and make heavy armor not slow me down or weigh anything and be so friggin' powerful and tanky I fear nothing.

But I've encountered problems. The Keeper memory of "Conditioning" in Enderal only makes heavy armor slow you down "less" and weigh only half as much. Well, A. "less" is vague and B. half weight is not weightless... they nerfed it. If it slows me down at all, I'm a lot less okay with wearing heavy armor, I also heard spells cost more when wearing light and even more when wearing heavy armor? Would any of the heavy armor Keeper memories deal with that? I'm considering trying to use light armor instead, I already have a lot of points in the Vagrant tree for the alchemy stuff.

Because if I wanna enchant the best things I will need potions to boost my enchanting and enchantments to boost my alchemy, but I have also been noticing this game has alchemy boost potions? Can you infinately increase your alchemy by making an alchemy boost potion then drinking it and making a better alchemy boost, drinking it and rinse lather and repeat? The biggest reason I need alchemy is to make enchanting boost potions that let me make the best enchanted items, like 4 pieces of equipment that decrease elementalism(or elementarism evidently) costs by 25% each.

Anyhow, if I get the Vagrant memories to make light armor better, is there good enough armor I can make to still make the armor cap? Is the armor cap still 567 as it was in Skyrim? If I get the "Unhindered" Vagrant memory(light armor weighs nothing and does not slow you down) will the armor not hinder my casting either?

My other issue is the crafting points come waaaay too slowly. If I want to cap out my Enchanting, Alchemy, Handicrafts and I also want Rhetoric for talking to folks, it's gonna be a loooong time, I have like 78 in Enchanting after making it to level 22, and I have solely focused it. Is there a good way to get more crafting points aside from cheating? I've found learning books that boost learning points and gained learning points from quests, is there something similiar for crafting I could seek out? Also, what enemies have Grand Souls? I'll be needing them for the best enchantments.

Also, I got the "Impact" memory(Elemental spells can repulse your enemies if dual-casted.) from the Elementalist and no enemies are getting staggered by my dual-cast spells as they did in Skyrim... It also doesn't seem to push or slow enemies, I don't know what else it is supposed to do?
I am afraid, I have to dampen your expectations a bit. Crafting in general is not nearly as powerful as it was in Skyrim. Especially the handicraft skill is somewhat unfinished, because there are no blueprints that require a skill above 50 (except one).

I haven't found any ingredients that improve your alchemy skill yet, so I guess you can only buy/find these potions, but not make them yourself.

What type of armour you wear has no impact on your spellcasting. However, many setitems, that boost magic abilities, are light armor. Of course you can still use heavy armor with magic. This build will even unlock a special class, if it hasn't already, which gives you bonuses on the related skills.

As far as I can tell it does the same thing as in Skyrim, just not every time you hit. It also doesn't work on certain enemy types (damned vatyrs).
