I just got the mod installed and working, for the most part.
I don't know why, but I can't move my character. I just got done with the opening dialogue, where I'm supposed to pick up the dagger. And my character, very slowly, slides forward. Nothing I press can stop him from moving, and it won't respond to WASD.
Any ideas?

Ah yes.
That bugged me also first time I started to play XD
I never used the walking-function in Oblivion as I remember since it wasn't really necessary.
But somehow, Nehrim made me to enjoy some walks with the AutoMove-function activated and looking around with a better third person camera.
It's just nice to watch my char while he is moving around through that artificial but still very immersive world
