I got it working by just changing the master file from Oblivion.ESM to Nehrim.ESM using Wyre Bash.

He can disagree all he wants that's fine because I didn't thoroughly test it!

Edit

What works:

moving while using you bow affects your shot and causes the arrow to denock.

enemies can be knocked down by arrows.

stealth damage

Using the bow degrades it faster like intended.

What Doesn't work

Trip Hazards

When you are surrounded by enemies or if one bumps into you your bow fumbles around. sometime causing you to drop arrows/bolts/quivers.

It supposed to scale you bow power when you activate the mod for your race etc, if it doesn't work right it over powers your bow like crazy.

Arrow Case

So yeah you probably need to re script it yourself if you want it to work right.
