I'm kind of new to teleporting using the console so I need some help figuring out how to do this.

I managed to get to the Forsaken Country quest in the main questline. I'm using a custom race mod from Oblivion, so that's potentially what messed it up, but in any case, I get done talking and the guy teleports me back to the sanctum... only instead of teleporting me to the SANCTUM, he puts me deep underwater, in what appears to be a far-into-the-game version of the Sanctum that's burning down, in cinema mode. (o_o) I've tried everything I can think of, including taking off the mods, but every time I end up in that area. There appears to be no problem BEFORE the teleporting, though.

I can make the quest complete itself using the console, but I end up stuck in that country, with no way back to the Sanctum, and teleporting myself won't work, either. I figure my best bet is to complete the quest using the console, then putting myself SOMEWHERE in the normal Nehrim continent, so I can get back to the Sanctum and move on in the main questline. Does anyone know a console command that can move me to an area in Nehrim? Anything will do, honestly, but I have no idea how to figure out the locations (numbers or IDs or something? it's really confusing) on my own. If you can give me a console command that will put me somewhere on the Nehrim continent (or in any cell connected to the main continent) that should work just fine.

Well, here's hoping... :)

EDIT: Well, after playing with teleporting console commands and messing with the editor, I've managed to get myself back to the main area and complete another quest I was in. Things SEEMED to be going well, but I can no longer use teleportation magic and Kim is gone. I've completed all available Sanctum quests but the guy who gave me this one still talks about how he hopes I'll find the guy by using the silver plate. I think my use of the console to advance the quest has destroyed my chance of repairing the damage I've done, and I'm 100% down the creek without a paddle. Looks like I won't be finishing this game, unless I can come up with a quick fix...
One of your mods is dependent on Oblivion.esm. Either remove this mod OR remove Oblivion.esm (really remove the file; don't just deactivate it in the launcher - because even if you deactivate it, the dependency brings it back into the game). Then continue playing with your latest save from Arktwend.

Teleporting yourself to the sanctum is bound to fail, since the sanctum you know (the functioning sanctum) and the sanctum you want to go to (the burning and partially ruined sanctum) are, technically, different worldspaces.
