Don't know how many times I tried to catch this guy and every time I got the escape message and had to restart. I am bored and want to get rid of that quest, but I can't do without. So please, for heaven's sake, tell me what's so tricky about it. Would be eternally grateful:-)

Hi!
If the quest is not broken and you simply find chasing him annoying, give him one more try!
Open map quite often and search for the green marker. That' s Narel. Now it will be really easy to catch him.

I had to strip naked to catch him--armor you aren't proficient in slows you down.
