Is there a way to export custom stuff for a mod, except manually. TES IV files don't work here. Maybe we can ask Mental Elf?
I'm not entirely sure what you're asking. Do you mean unpacking the BSAs? There's a utility called BSA Unpacker that does that.
I mean packing a mod with added new meshes and textures. TES IV files just pack the mod, so you get folders Meshes and Textures with your new content. It just pack the mod. It's good because you can see everything you added and adjust texture paths if they are wrong. After that you can pack in BSA.
Hi.
Going to ask a daft question !!!!
Which files do not work ?
I have only been learning modding for a few months, but all the tools used for Oblivion, I have been able to use for Nehrim (Tes4Edit, Wrye Bash , CS Editor etc).
A registry change is needed for Tes4Edit, but that was about all.

Sorry, there was a misunderstanding. I think about a tools "TES4Files" used for packing a mod.
