Is my character going to be overpowered for their level?

If so, would alternating between +3 and +2 be balanced? I don't want to be any more powerful than normal, just don't want to have to worry about leveling at all. I looked at the skill independent attributes mod and it looks very nice, but I don't like how it tapers off into giving you very little at high levels, I'd prefer the gain be consistent.

I know there's no need to powergame your stats in Nehrim, but if I don't enable a mod of this kind I know I'm going to end up randomly jumping around to increase my Acrobatics so I can get better modifiers, and such. >.>
My growth is about 1-2 on my primary attributes (willpower, int and endurance). +3 is way too much. :)
I am at level 23 at the moment, with +3 growth I would have around a 100 willpower, int and endurance! That is way too overpowered, I actually feel OP already (I should be, because I was running around like a pussy at lower levels:)). I haven't explored the other "realms/zones" yet, haven't gotten that far yet with the mainquest, but I am sure I will manage with the 1-2 attribute growth.

Trust me, this is not Oblivion, where you need to worry about lame skillgrowth every minute of the game. Just enjoy the experience, it will be a great journey.
My character had +2 and +3 most of the time, except for the occasional +5 on Intelligence by training alchemy.
