Oke i don't know if its me or other people are suffering from it to but,the main quest is pushing me into places way to difficult to
reach. But the actual places you need to go are not, Example: lets say your level 11 and you have to go into the dark forest to get into
a dungeon to claim an item. The dungeon itself is filled with managable foes but the forest around it is filled with way to powerfull
mobs. I am now forced to go to the dwarfs even tough im still level 12, i mean i know your suposed to to quests and all that to level up your character
to prepare for the regions the main quest goes to. But i think the main quest lets you go to places to hard for the player to handle and before you know it
your can barely handle a single mob.Is it me or is this problem occuring to more people then me?

I was going to go on about it depending how you have levelled up. First time I played arrived at the end as a level 25. This time it looks like it will end up over level 35.
I think the point here is thinking you are being forced into areas too hard for your character. Throuhout the game I have always kept an eye on the level they recommend i.e you see a message saying"Door to x (level 7 to 14)" or "entering area x (level 14 - 20)". Have always saved and given it a go. If it was too hard have found another way round, as staying to main routes and not straying off into the wilderness.
The Dark Forest (I believe)is the hardest main route in the entire game, got through it first time by sneaking past everything.
Here I do agree though, the forest/wilderness creatures are a whole lot harder to deal with than anything you find in a dungeon. Plenty of health potions and pray you do not see too many black wolves.

#1....slow down and do stuff in the areas labelled at the same level as you.
#2 if you stick to the road during the main quest, it is alot safer. like getting to erothin....if you stay on the roads it is pretty easy.

Like kelticpete said, slow down a little.
I had the same problem of been sent into areas far higher than my current level by the main quest. So instead of following it blindly I hung back a little, poke around the towns and villages in your current area for side quests you can complete in your level zone, drop down a few dungeons and clear them out. There's a lot of dungeons in Nehrim you wouldn't find just following the main quest chains, they take some wandering through the wilderness and exploring. Cleaning them out not only earns some good experiance points, but almost all of them have a named monster in them, kind of like an end level boss mob who usually drops a nice amount of shiny loot or set items.

i have had the oppostie problem, i like to explore, so i am way overlevelled for the main quest, i am level 22 and haven't even made it to chapter 2 yet.
also if you explore you will find nice gear that will really help.
