Hi, so when i want to update Enderal from the launcher it download it without any problems but when it comes to the installation part i am stuck at 25% and the number goes on for ever (2555/2) I have already done everything on the wiki (i will post the link in my second post because as it is my first one i am not allowed to do it) But my problem is still here.

Here is an example of the problem : Here is the security applied to my Skyrim directory (i have put total control for everyone) : And here is my conf.sur : Actually my update document is not empty because i am trying to install the update again.

the changes in the config will be changed if your launcher was closed.

• Close the launcher.
• Change sCurrentVersion to "1.1.0.0"
• and set
  Code Select all

  bInstallUpdateAfterDownload=0

  to
  Code Select all

  bInstallUpdateAfterDownload=1

• save it
• start launcher

Everything is already set as you said. (When i close the launcher the bInstallUpdateAfterDownload change itself from 0 to 1)

Should i try a re-install of the whole ?

So i re-installed the whole Enderal mod (i deleted it not archived) and now the update is installed

For people who have the same problem as me there is the solution

I have the same problem at the moment with update 1.1.0.3. Download complete, then the installation is running endlessly.
I followed this http://en.wiki.sureai.net/Enderal:LauncherDebugging and deleted the file in the folder "update" but the next try does the same - installing endlessly without result (500000/1) at the moment.
Is there really the only solution to re-install the complete Enderal?

Edit: I tried it with a rebooting of my computer (after I deleted again the above mentioned file) and this time the update worked. Strange ...

There is also a second step to take. Replace one entry in the launcher config. The launcher has to be closed, to do this.

I have the same problem today with update 1.1.0.4
First I tried to reboot but it didn't change anything.
Then I tried the steps of the debugging (deleted the file and set version to 1.1.0.0)
but still have an infinite installing, stays at 25 % and counts and counts .... I am at 105/2 at the moment.

I cannot start Enderal without that update. !!!

What else can I do?

Edit: After repeating the "delete file - edit config - reboot" twice again, it finally worked. But this is extremely annoying.
