In the quest "Salvation of us all" the elf looking guy places the last stone in and then walks away without giving me the next quest

Please fill out a bug tracker ticket and attach a save file there.
Savegames can be found here: documents\mygames\skyrim\saves
one savegame consists of two files: one .skse and one .ess

As I`ve said I got all the blackstones, gave it to the magister and the explosion happened at all but, I have no quests now, what do i do?
