Title says it all. I've downloaded both the launcher and the install, when I attempt to start the launcher however, nothing happens, the process appears for a moment in the task manager before disappearing.
Edit: Going to try running as admin, failing that, I will re-download the launcher.
Update: I managed to resolve the issue, seems Internet Explorer's "Smartscreen" (just updated to Windows 10 a month ago) was preventing the launcher from running properly. I forgot I even had IE, let alone smartscreen, as soon as I shut it off the launcher ran perfectly fine when run as Admin.
TL;DR If your launcher won't start, turn off any anti-virus program that blocks the file, run as admin.
