What is the ratio of dual casting in Enderal? Same as in vanilla or fixed?
It seems the mana cost is 280%, not sure about the damage, but if it's the same as vanilla 2.8/2.2 (or smt like that) then it's totally useless.

Also, are Half-Aeterna supposed to be so high?

I think its not only not useless, but OP. Particularly elemental mage spec. I was planning to go 1h + spell build but dual casting lighting bolts is so powerful I dont need to hit anything with melee weapon at all. Mana pool is enough to cast 4 dual bolts in a row and it one shots weak mobs and 2 shots everything else. Bounty mobs and mini bosses die in 3 hits before they can even react.
Freeze ability makes it even easier.
