I can't find the Three River Watch Trading Post anywhere and there's no directions given nor is there a quest marker can someone tell me where I'm supposed to go?

Ah it seems you misunderstood what Tarhutie told you. She said that you need to go to a stone circle near the old trading post called "Three River Watch". Hence the TRW is the trading post itself.

At the Stone Circle there are some Lost Ones and it is a named location, so you should be able to find it.

It would be nice if she marked it on our map or something. I got side tracked doing other quests, and afterwards I couldn't remember where she'd told me to go. (The quest was completed, so that didn't help.) If not for the troll bounty quest emptying out right nearby, I never would have found it.
