I find the idle equipped magic sounds a bit distracting and it washes a lot of the other sounds out. For example when you have the shock spell readied it makes this crackling sound and it gets old fast. Basically I would like to only hear the spell sounds when I'm actually casting them.
I haven't found any Skyrim mods that I think would be able to address this. All I've read is that you can replace the specific sound file with a blank file to get rid of an annoying sound. I know Enderal handles it's sound files differently and I'm not sure how to go tinkering around in the soundfx.bsa for Enderal.
If anyone knows of a mod or tweak I can get that will help me out I would greatly appreciate it.
