Maybe the write protection on your Skyrim directory. Try to restart your Computer and do the update again.

Have same problem. PC Restart didn't help.
Update keeps going and going. I don't know what to do.

Follow this instruction.
Step 3 and 4 should solve your problem (ignore the first two points).

everything seems to be fine, but when i try installing the update this happens
i don't know what to do
EDIT: it's been fixed, just go to Skyrim/Enderallauncher/update and delete all the ZIP files inside

Same thing happened to me. At one point it threw an exception (I hit continue and it didn't seem to do anything, if it pops up again I'll post the stacktrace).
