we had troubles putting our file on Nexus.
We already contacted them to resolve the issue. But I can't assess when it will be available.
At the moment we have two different hosters: moddb and a torrent file.
We recommend to torrent file due to download speed and a check sum.

Normally there is the english support forum for this kind of question.
You should be able to download it. Maybe your firewall is blocking the connection or your antivirus program.
