So I choose new game and I get the Dovakin music and endless main menu screenshot. What gives? DE worked seamlessly just before I installed EV. I wanted to start fresh so I deleted my previous save.

Reinstall Skyrim and then install Enderal.
You do not have a clean skyim version.

Ive already reinstalled Skyrim once. Now I have deleted everything, Skyrim and Enderal. Hopefully this should be the fix.

First uninstall Enderal and then uninstall Skyrim. Then install Skyrim and then Enderal. Otherwise files could interfere.
