I've installed the launcher, the game file and the patch but when I press "Launch Enderal" it says it can't find the SKSE. Does the SKSE need to be installed separately?

BTW, thanks for putting so much time and energy into this game.

No, you dont need to install the Script Extender. Its' already implemented.
Do you have installed it by your own? Or used the SKSE to start Enderal? That's not necessary!

I'm running on a fresh install of Skyrim.

This is what happens: http://imgur.com/a/GTLxF

I'm going to try uninstalling everything and starting over.

I think it's a corrupt file. Maybe something went wrong with your download.
Try to reinstall with your downloaded installation package.
Or:
Unzip this archive in your Skyrim root folder: C:\programs(x86)\Steam\Steamapps\common\Skyrim

The best solution is to download via torrent.

Yeah, guess your archive was not downloaded completely. 8.427.964.531 Bytes are expected. Maybe you should try the torrent to download it.

Hi modern10warrior,
you do not need to unzip the installation file. Just download the launcher and follow the further steps on the website. Make sure you have a clean Skyrim installation.
