I clicked on Enderal installation file, and highlighted is C:\program files 86x\steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\enderalinstall_en.gz, then I hit next and nothing happens? I tried running as administrator

You need the installation package (8GB file). Download it and then select the package with the 3 point button [...] next to the file name.

Have you downloaded the installation files (Number 4) as well as the Launcher (Number 3) as that's what the launcher is looking for.
