Is there a release date for this? The regular download is huge and slow to the point that I'll be nearly impossible to download through my browser, it usually times out at least once within 1-2 hours and I'd have to start over.

They are currently uploading it at this very moment..so it's as soon as it's finished uploading

That's perfect, I'll keep seeding for a while. My ISP limits download, but not upload, so might as well use it for a good reason.
