A wee bit over 74h (edit: oops, nope, I just checked and it's been 83h 
). I basically concentrated on the MQ and the companions in the second half of my pt, though, so I haven't explored all dungeons and e.g. stopped doing the Kopfgeldaufträge (bounty hunt quests or whatever they are called in the translation). I'm a slow player, but I was so curious about the ending, so I was kind of rushing towards it! Then I went back to a save game before the ending, and now I'm doing all the side quests and more exploring
