I considered posting this on the German support forum at first but my German is considerably worse than my English.
Upon accessing "Einstellungen" from the launcher the following error is displayed. I can choose to ignore this but if I save any settings I change the Enderal esps will no longer be loaded.
Windows 10 won't let me install the .NET framework listed in the requirements, it's supposedly already integrated to the OS.
