Hi, just installed Nehrim and I'm stuck in The quest that takes you out of the quarry that is blocked off in the beggining.

I have just gotten soap by alerting the mages to remove the helmet from Karim. When I go down to speak with Sentry Morten, he is just basically running around in circles, like he's being attacked or something. The other guard is doing the same thing. When I talk to him, all he's telling me is "I'm telling you, stay away from the gate!" and I can't respond in any way.

Anyone got any ideas? I've followed the guide correctly, patched Oblivion etc. And I have 0 mods installed.

I'm not quite sure how much you have done. After you get 2 soaps, you return & talk to Karick. After his helmet is off, you must talk to Merre to initiate the next quest. I would guess that you haven't talked again to Merre.
