First, Celebro appears in a giant exclamation point. Also, at one point, I go through a door and get stuck, Celebro walks forward, some rocks fall from the ceiling, and then nothing happens and I'm stuck while celebro just stands there. Any ideas?

Have you activated the Nehrim files and deactivated all Oblivion files in the laucher?
